Orientation for ALL new students admitted for Fall 2016 will be held the week of August 29-September 2, 2016. During orientation, you’ll receive your class schedule and learn about registration, your field placement, and various student resources, among many other topics.
Orientation is mandatory for all new students. Extended and Reduced Residency students are only required to attend the first day’s events (Aug. 29th).
In addition to general orientation, incoming full-time students who are starting their field placement internships on Monday, September 12, must attend a special orientation called Preparation for the Profession (P4P).
Preparation for the Profession sessions are mandatory and will be held on the following dates:
- Friday, September 2 (Part of Orientation Week)
- Tuesday, September 6 (Community Day Walk)
- Friday, September 9
